5 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship products via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, your delivery address, and your selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders over certain thresholds—check our website for current promotions.

Local Pickup

Customers may choose to pick up orders at our Tampa location during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM). Please allow 24 hours after placing your order before picking up to ensure order processing is complete.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing for international orders, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Hazardous Materials

6 Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be in original, unopened, and resalable condition
• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged

Wholesale Account Terms

Approved wholesale accounts are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products
• Pricing is confidential and for the account holder's business use only
• Net-30 payment terms may be available for qualified accounts with approved credit
• Wholesale pricing may not be combined with other promotions or discounts
• Account terms are subject to periodic review and may be modified

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts for non-payment, misuse of wholesale privileges, or violation of these Terms.

9 Professional Services

Detailing Services

Sundial Limited offers professional detailing services for various vehicles including cars, boats, RVs, yachts, and aircraft. Service pricing and availability are provided upon request based on vehicle type, size, and condition.

Service Estimates

All service estimates are based on information provided by the customer and visual inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required beyond the original estimate. We will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with additional services.

Service Completion

We strive to complete all services within the estimated timeframe. However, completion times may vary based on weather conditions, vehicle condition, and service complexity. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Service Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or conditions that become apparent only after cleaning. Please inform us of any known issues before service begins.

Dealership Services

We provide specialized services for dealerships including lot maintenance, new vehicle prep, and used car reconditioning. Dealership service agreements are governed by separate contract terms negotiated with each dealership.

10 Equipment Sales & Repair

Pressure Washer Sales

We sell a range of pressure washers from leading manufacturers. Equipment purchases include setup assistance and operational guidance. Extended warranties and service plans are available for most equipment.

Equipment Repair Services

We provide repair services for pressure washers and related equipment. Repair estimates will be provided before work begins. We reserve the right to decline repair services for equipment that is not economically repairable.

Repair Service Terms

• A diagnostic fee may apply, which is typically credited toward repair costs if you proceed with the repair
• Repair estimates are valid for 30 days
• Parts used in repairs carry a 90-day warranty against defects
• Labor carries a 30-day warranty for the same repair issue
• Equipment not picked up within 60 days of repair completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal

Reverse Osmosis Systems

We sell and install reverse osmosis water systems for spot-free rinsing applications. Installation services are available for the Tampa Bay area. System warranties and maintenance plans are available.

11 User Accounts
